Implement --interactive for ParentLoop.
* bzrlib/tests/test_conflicts.py:
(TestResolveParentLoop): Tests for --interactive.

(ParentLoop): Add actions for --interactive. Presumably the
conflcit itself should have more info about the involved paths.
