Add tests for push --strict against pending merges.
* tests/blackbox/test_push.py:
(load_tests): Test push --strict for uncommitted changes and
pending merges.
(TestPushStrict): Helpers for --strict option tests.
(TestPushStrictWithoutChanges, TestPushStrictWithChanges): Test
the --strict option.
