Start working on a new InterestingNodeIterator class.

This allows us to bring the state into member variables, rather than
passing it around between helper functions.
It is also going to be designed around the same 'heapq' structure
that iter_changes is designed around.

For now, we are just designing a few interesting chk map objects.
