Add DirReader parametrized tests.
* bzrlib/tests/test_dirstate.py:
Fix imports.
(load_tests): Parametrized by dir reader to ensure
UnicodeDirReader is always tested.
(TestDirStateManipulations.test_add_symlink_to_root_no_parents_all_data,
TestDirStateManipulations.test_add_symlink_unicode_to_root_no_parents_all_data):
Also test with a unicode symlink (name and target).
