Renamed "authors" to "author_list_handler" in several places.

This added verbosity should reduce confusion: while people might expect
"authors" to be an actual list of authors, they should associate "handler"
with some item of implementation.

The term also aligns well with the "author_list_registry". In general, the
word "list" was included as there might be an "author_format_handler" or
similar in the future, e.g. to choose first name, given name, mail address,
mail account name, mail domain name, or whatever.
