(AbstractAuthHandler._parse_auth_header): All handlers should be
able to parse any header, they may as well share the
implementation.
(NegotiateAuthHandler.auth_match, BasicAuthHandler.auth_match,
DigestAuthHandler.auth_match): JFDI.
