_pump accepts strings finally :)

* bzrlib/transport/__init__.py:
(Transport._pump): Revert the change, accept strings, there is too
much  to   do  elsewhere   to  make  the   test  suite   pass  all
tests. Anyway, a renaming of the methods is in progress elsewhere.
