How to install bzrtools

Dump the whole bzrtools in ~/.bzr.conf/plugins/

work, you'll need debhelper, cdbs, and devtools installed.

baz2bzr works with the standard bzr tree. (rev 611 and later)

1. If you want to use baz2bzr, stick a pybaz symlink in the bzrtools tree:
